The short version
This website has no advertising, no tracking pixels and no third-party analytics. The only information it collects is what you type into the contact form, and the only thing we do with it is reply to you.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we receive your company name, your name, your job title, your phone number, your email address and whatever you write in the message box. That arrives with us as an email.
Our web server keeps short-lived technical logs, which include the IP address a request came from. These exist so the contact form can shrug off spam and so we can tell whether the site is working. They are not used to build a profile of you.
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
What we do with it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out the work you have engaged us for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that make this site and our email work — for example our website host and our email provider.
We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful for a business record, and delete them when they are not.
Client information
Financial records we handle in the course of accounting work are covered by our engagement letter with you, and by the professional confidentiality obligations that come with the work — not by this notice, which is about this website.
Asking us to delete your details
Email support@myacctgdept.com or call (573) 445-6513 and ask us to delete what we hold about you, and we will.
